Adolescent Behavioral Consultant, Amy Knowles M.A.
Amy earned her Masters degree in Developmental Psychology from Brandeis University. She has been working with adolescents for 13 years.

Mission Statement:
"Adolescence is a time when one is caught between two worlds; becoming the adult one will someday be and leaving behind the child one has always been. Struggling to break away from the identity of "child" and into the autonomy necessary for "adult", the process is a rocky one, particularly because reliance on parent for guidance is counter to deliniation of oneself into self-reliance. A parent has instilled the values one will eventually return to once this struggle is over, yet in the interim, I strive to provide professional guidance to assist young adults through the turbulence of adolescence and into the successful resolution of this stage of development." -Amy Knowles, M.A.
History
Amy Knowles, M.A. has extensive experience in adolescent behavior intervention. She has worked extensively as a counselor for teens with varying levels of mental health, social adjustment, and family issues.
